It comes in a white 12x12 shadow box frame 
The paper is with coral and gray flowers as the background.  
Two colors of coral and gray for the bordered paper where the 4x6 photo will go on the left side of the frame.  
Underneath the photo, you can write your message about your mother or something you would like to say to your mother.  
To the right is a poem that I took from a card. 
It also has "MOTHER" in rose 3-D letters.  
The words "love", "always", and "cherish" are white and in puffy letters.  
There is also a white flower made of metal and rope glued on the outside at the top on the right.
